Founder
Mukti leads the strategic initiatives and operations of the Mukti Group, which has a diversified presence across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Entertainment. In 2001, with the support of her family and friends, she founded Help Us Help Them (HUHT) to empower children through meaningful education, currently reaching more than 10,000 children. She was actively involved in relief efforts during the Gujarat earthquake and the Tamil Nadu tsunami.
What began as a personal initiative has evolved into a structured, mission-driven organisation (HUHT) focused on creating long-term, systemic impact. Her vision is to integrate a skill-centric academic curriculum, fully aligned with NEP, into government schools across India by collaborating closely with the education system—creating rural entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and enabling students to become self-reliant, responsible contributors to the rural economy, contributing towards Viksit Bharat @2047.
She is also a co-founder of Kolkata Gives, a platform that connects credible NGOs with donors to drive transparent and impactful giving.

Vice President
Karan is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who believes in leaving the world better than he found it. He is the founder of F-Street, a menswear apparel brand, and oversees retail operations and menswear procurement at Citi Style, a value retail chain. He is also a co-founder of Chalo Padhe, an NGO supporting education for underprivileged children, and a trustee of Kolkata Gives, connecting donors with credible NGOs. A BA in Economics with a minor in Business from Northwestern University, Chicago, Karan works in apparel manufacturing and retail and enjoys traveling, reading, and yoga, believing that life’s best stories are written between the pages of a passport.

Secretary
Priti is a graduate from Delhi University with a management qualification in marketing and is a trained interior designer. With over 20 years of professional experience across diverse fields, she is deeply committed to giving back to society and promoting environmental stewardship to ensure a better world for future generations.

Joint Secretary
Megha is a Kolkata-based entrepreneur and founder of APex Careers, a training academy guiding youth across diverse career paths. She is passionate about humanitarian work and actively engages in multiple social initiatives in Kolkata.

Treasurer
Ravi is the Director of PS Group, a passionate real estate entrepreneur who thrives on innovation and continuous learning. He leads with knowledge sharing, accessibility, and team collaboration, fostering passion and excellence in every project. Ravi believes in skill development to enhance efficiency and quality in the industry. Deeply committed to social causes, he actively supports initiatives in children’s education, skilling, and employability.

Joint Treasurer
Ashish is the Managing Director of Anmol Stainless Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of stainless steel pipes and coils in Eastern India, founded by him in 2013. A third-generation member of the $500 million Anmol Group (biscuits and confectionery), he previously led projects in the family business before launching the stainless steel division. Passionate about community service, Ashish supports NGOs in Kolkata, with a special focus on education for underprivileged children. He enjoys family time, travel, and learning from every opportunity.

Swati holds an M.A. in Psychology (Andhra University) and Masters in Education (James Cook, Australia), is an alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and gold medalist from La Martiniere, Kolkata. She is the Founder Director of Swarnim International School and serves on the boards of several educational and social institutions, including Heritage College, Icanflyy, Caring Minds, Dr. Ambedkar Memorial School, and Swapnopuran Welfare Society. With over 20 years of experience in education in India and Singapore, she is also active in professional bodies such as FICCI Ladies Organisation, CII Education Wing, and the Early Childhood Association. Swati has been recognized with awards including Business Leader–Education (2022) and Community Engagement (School Eduexcellence Awards, 2021), and honored by the Indian Museum for her contributions to education. She has recently turned author with 4 books for young children titled – “Shivi Visits”— a travelogue for children to the vibrant cities of India, each with an underlying social message.
